You are…an Ad Operations Manager who knows how to:

  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance across a variety of programmatic DSPs, social platforms, and online publishers 
  • Work with Media Planners, Account Management and Creative teams on execution timelines and enforce/communicate ad operation procedures and policies
  • Manage ad trafficking in Adwords, Campaign Manager 360. DV360, The Trade Desk and other DSPs, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Manage the ad ops team and collaborate with other teams to improve campaign performance
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issuessuch as pixel placing
  • Explore new AdTech solutions to improve campaign performance. Work with current AdTech partners to improve KPIs and test new features
  • Work directly with publishers to collect ad specs and insertion orders and ensure the proper implementation of ad tags
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide reports
  • Stay on top of digital media technology developments and assist in the refinement of internal ad operations processes
  • Locate and define new processes and improvement opportunities



You have…  

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • 7+ years of ad ops experience
  • Experience managing a high performing team
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • The drive and ability to work independently and proactively prioritize workload
  • Experience in paid media, DV360 products, Google Analytics, and programmatic ad buying (Trade Desk)
  • Experience using reporting platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, and PowerBI
  • Political experience is a plus
