We aresocial and digital strategists, comms and advertising gurus, designers, writers, media planners and multi-media producers.


You areDigital Media Associate who knows how to:

  • Collaborate with digital media planners to develop targeting plans, media plans and performance reports
  • Develop and manage paid social advertising campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals
  • Manage vendor communications, negotiate rates and added value, and manage insertion orders (IO's)
  • Establish a consultative relationship directly with media buyers and account team, while continuously adjusting strategy and tactics to achieve client's goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply relevant learning to work


You have…

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing or Business
  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid search (Google, Bing, & Yahoo) and paid social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) campaigns
  • Analytical with an ability to understand paid media concepts quickly 
  • Experience in managing display campaigns and working within an ad serving platform is a plus
