Provides organizational, administrative and executional support to executive office and to project teams to help them efficiently and effectively meet client expectations and build/maintain strong client relationships.

Provides organizational, administrative and executional support to executive office and to project teams to help them efficiently and effectively meet client expectations and build/maintain strong client relationships.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Provides general administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, creating expense reports, and assembling and formatting client materials and presentations
  • Schedules, coordinates and sets up for staff meetings, client meetings and conference calls
  • Works with accounting department to prepare monthly client billing and invoices
  • Assists project teams with day-to-day execution of client work, including but not limited to conducting research, writing and editing documents, compiling meeting notes, updating status reports and coordinating logistics and deliverables between account, creative, digital, media and/or production departments
  • Becomes well versed on assigned clients, their issue area(s) and the current landscape of the issue area(s)
  • Writes and coordinates monthly newsletter
  • Learns the services of the firm including media relations, communications, event planning, grassroots organizing and coalition building, advertising and digital and social media

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Previous internship or experience with community service, political campaigns, communications, public relations, journalism, public policy, advertising or related field a plus
