Responsibilities

You arean Assistant Account Executive who knows how to:

 

  • Develop and maintain client and project documents, including timelines/calendars, meeting notes and conference call reports
  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in education issue areas
  • Assist account team with social media, drafting press releases, media monitoring, community outreach and research across multiple clients including providing administrative support to multiple account team members
  • Schedule and coordinate client, internal, and vendor meetings and conference calls
  • Facilitate client billing process in conjunction with account leads and accounting department

Qualifications

You have…

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or other related field from a four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in education
  • Prior internship experience in the field of communications, marketing or media or education
  • Strong interest in and understanding of various communications platforms (including social media, traditional print, digital, and interactive user experience) and how they can be combined and leveraged for marketing and communications strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
